The causes frequently observed
(1) Improper loading of labels/ribbon
(2) Dirt such as adhesive or a piece of label on the label route
(3) inappropriate head pressure balance against the paper size (width).
Measure
(1) Please refer to the below link and reload the labels and the ribbon accordingly.

(2) Please clean the inside of the printer, particularly the media route.

(3) Please check the link below and set the head pressure dial appropriate for the label being used.

Try increasing the print darkness.
