Resolution/Answer
1. Ensure the SD card is formatted before use.
CAUTION
Be sure to perform a virus check on the SD card before connecting it to the product. SATO Corporation shall not be held responsible for any product malfunctions caused by a virus spread via SD card.
Follow below chart to format the SD card.
2. If problem persist, replace the SD card.
