The SATO LP 100R has successfully been used in many environments and replaced numerous competitive manufactures’ printers, including IBM, Ricoh, Printronix and Canon /Océ.
The many standard and optional emulations available on the LP 100R have are capable of accepting native data streams originally designed and destined for competitors. If/when an issue with emulations are identified, the SATO development team can analyze and address/rectify the concern. The SATO-Logic™ controller platform ensures all the solutions will be included in the main stream product release and continue to be supported as the LP 100R continues to evolve. This eliminates special/custom versions of firmware.
