Problem/Question

Printer not printing.

Label does not print out.

Diagnostic	Resolutions
1. Check power and connections: Ensure the printer is powered on and properly connected to the computer or network.	Powering On/Off the Product
2. Verify media and ribbon: Make sure media and ribbon are correctly loaded and not jammed.	Loading Media and Ribbon
3. Check printer driver settings: Confirm correct driver and port settings in the computer's printer properties.	SATO Windows Printer Drivers by Seagull™
4. Clear print queue: Delete all pending print jobs and restart the print spooler service. *Note:* All pending print jobs will be cancelled - make sure this is intended before proceeding. Documents cleared from the queue will need to be re-sent if printing is still desired.	1. If the print job is currently in progress, double-click on the printer icon located in the taskbar in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Alternatively, you can enter ‘printer’ in the search bar and double-click on ‘Printers & scanners’ from the results. 2. Right-click on the desired file in the print queue and select ‘Cancel’ to delete it from the queue. If part of the file has already been printed, the job will stop in the middle of printing. If you wish, you can also use this method to delete all jobs in the print queue.
