<The causes frequently observed>
(1) Improper loading of labels/ribbon
(2) Dirt such as adhesive or piece of label on the label route
(3) inappropriate head pressure balance against the paper size (width).

For Head Pressure balance adjustment:
If the printed image quality is still not really improved, please check the points below.
Try increasing the print darkness.
Try to switch labels and ribbon.
Try reducing the print speed.
