Is the USB port of the computer to which the product is connected enabled?
Try the following.
•
If there are multiple USB ports on the computer, connect to another port.
•
Disconnect other USB devices from the computer.
In the printer driver settings, is the printer name correct?
To check the printer name, right-click the product in[Devices and Printers], select[Printer properties], and check the name at the top of the[General]tab.
In the printer driver settings, change the current printer name to the correct printer name.
To change the printer name, right-click the product in[Devices and Printers], select[Printer properties], and change the name at the top of the[General]tab.
Power the product and computer off and then on again if the error cannot be resolved.
