The motor does not turn at all on the rewind spindle, causing bad print results when operating the printer.

Resolution/Answer
- Please check the printer current setting. Go to the settings and set the print method to Ribbon.
-From offline mode> settings menu >advanced >press enter and look for print method. Set the print method to Transfer.
