Resolution/Answer

The filter is applied, and the product is filtered out.
|
Clear the filter by clicking the button.
|

2.

The product has not been created in the solution.
|
Create a new product with product details by the user with Administrator access.
(Go to main [Menu] > [Product Master Maintenance] > [Add])
|

3.
|
The desired product is set as inactive status.
|
Set the desired product to an active status. This can only be done by the user with Administrator access.
(Go to main [Menu] > [Product Master Maintenance] > Select product > [Active/Inactive])
|
Remarks: Only applicable to administration user only.
