CL4NX Plus - Can't Detect Odd Shape Labels (Error 1008 - Out of Paper)

Printer show #1008 (Out of Paper) error. 

Unable to print odd shape labels.

Resolution/Answer

• Adjust the media sensor guide to the position where it can detect the I-mark or gap of the media.

• The I-mark sensor (reflective type) is below the mark, and the Gap sensor (transmissive type) is below the mark.

Example:
Adjust the printer's label sensor guide position (pic 1) to match the position (Sample 1) or (pic 2) to match the position (Sample 2):

2. Perform a sensor calibrate by refer to below link:
