Resolution/Answer
There are a few ways to check the firmware version of a SATO CLNX Plus printer, through Printer LCD setting menu.
1. From Printer LCD, put the printer into OFFLINE MODE - select [settings] Menu - [information] Menu - [Build Version] - Name.
