Disable bidirectional support in printer driver setting

Steps to disable bidirectional support in printer driver setting.

1. From PC [Settings], search for [Printer & scanners].

2. Then click on the printer and select [Printer Properties].

3. Check to ensure the right Port (e.g. USB, LAN) is selected.

4. Click on the [Ports] option and uncheck the box of [Enable bidirectional support].

  5. Select [Apply] to save the settings
