Problem/Question
Printers previously registered to SATO Print Service Plugin still appear in the printer list
in grey in the app after they’re removed from SATO Print Service Plugin.
This is related to Android OS history and there is no method to clear the list from SATO
Print Service Plugin currently.

Resolution/Answer
You can clear the previous printers manually with the following steps.
1. Open the print screen from application
2. Tap printer name and select “All printers”
3. Tap and hold the printers shown in grey and tap “Forget printer”
