- Load the media and ribbon correctly.

Load the Ribbon (When Printing by Using a Ribbon) - Set the media sensor type which is compatible with the media you use.
Change the Media Sensor Being Used - Adjust the offset position.
Offset - Clean the platen roller and media sensor.
