(CL4/6NX Plus) Why am I not able to use Easy RFID Configuration in All-In-One Tool?

You may not be able to use Easy RFID Configuration if:

• The printer does not support RFID.
• The printer uses HF/NFC instead of UHF RFID.
• The UHF RFID module is not installed.
• The printer is not properly connected to SATO All-In-One Tool.

Solution

Check that your printer supports UHF RFID, confirm that the UHF RFID module is installed, and make sure the printer is properly connected to SATO All-In-One Tool.

HF/NFC labels must be configured manually, as Easy RFID Configuration does not support them.
