The printer may not detect RFID labels for one of the following reasons:
- The RFID media is loaded incorrectly.
- The sensor position is not configured correctly.
- The RFID function is disabled in the printer settings.
- The RFID tag type is not supported by the printer.
Solution
Verify that the RFID media is loaded correctly, check the sensor position, ensure the RFID function is enabled, and confirm that the RFID tag type is supported by your printer.
