The SATO RF Analyze function is designed to measure and optimize UHF RFID tag performance.
This function may not be available or may not work correctly if:
- The printer does not have a UHF RFID module installed.
- HF/NFC tags are being used, as RF Analyze does not measure HF/NFC tag signals.
- RFID labels are not loaded correctly.
Solution
Make sure the printer has a UHF RFID module installed, use compatible UHF RFID labels, and check that the RFID labels are loaded correctly.
RF Analyze can be used to check the Write Power, Read Power, and tag response for UHF RFID labels.
