How do I retrieve the HEX Dump log file from the WS4 printer?

You can save the HEX Dump log file directly to a USB flash drive by following the steps below:
Steps: 

1. Send the print data to the printer while it is in HEX Dump Mode.

2. Insert a USB flash drive into the printer.

3. Press and hold the FEED button for approximately 20 seconds.

4. Wait until the LED indicator stops flashing.

5. The HEX Dump data will be saved in the LOG folder on the USB flash drive.
