The login password depends on the printer's Build Version. Before determining the login password, first check the printer's Build Version. You can view the Build Version from the printer's Information menu or by printing a Factory Test Print.

- Go into the setting mode pressing

simultaneously for more than 2 seconds. (4)

Select Tool > Test Print > Factory

Press the
button to start a test print. Press the
button again to pause printing.To stop the test print, first pause printing, and when press the
button.
Once you have confirmed the firmware Build Version, please refer to the password information below.
A) Build Version: 3.7.0 or newer
The login credentials can be found on the label provided within the printer packaging.
The Password would 8-digit code described on the label.
*In case of this case image, it will be "ZZZZZZZZ"
B) Build Version: older than 3.7.0
It needs to update printer firmware. Kindly contact us or your reseller where you purchased the printer.
After the printer firmware is updated ver. 3.7.0 or newer, the Password will be "0310".
